If you notice a charge and don’t recall subscribing, we’re here to help!

1. Customer Service can assist you in canceling your subscription if necessary. You may reach us through email at privacy@papayapay.com or by calling 888-850-5196 from Monday through Sunday, 4AM - 9PM PT

2. You can also cancel the subscription yourself by logging into your dashboard, going to  “Account”, and clicking “Cancel Subscription.”
