What is the Papaya Premium subscription program?

The Papaya Premium subscription program is designed to improve our users' financial health and well-being by providing a comprehensive suite of bill-pay benefits.

What benefits are included in the Papaya Premium subscription program?

The Papaya Premium subscription program includes $0 Bill-Pay Fees, Overdraft Protection, Expedited Customer Support, and Credit-Building Credit Card.

What payment methods are accepted for subscription payment?

Papaya Premium subscription can be paid using either credit cards or debit cards. Both methods are accepted.

What are $0 Bill-Pay Fees?

Users will have Papaya fees waived when paying for their bills using the Papaya app regardless of payment method. It's important to note that this policy only applies to Papaya fees and does not affect any fees charged by the Biller.

What is Overdraft Protection?

In the event that a bill payment leads to an overdraft, Papaya will reimburse the user for any overdraft fees imposed by the bank, up to a maximum of $30 per month.

What is Expedited Customer Support?

The expedited customer support offered to subscribers of the program provides a timely response from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am - 5pm PST.

What is the Papaya Card?

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription on Papaya, open the app and navigate to "My Account" and then "Subscription Management." From there, you can easily manage and cancel your subscription at any time.

What happens if I fail to pay my subscription?

If you fail to pay your subscription you will no longer be able to access your Papaya Premium benefits, including access to your card

What happens to my Papaya Card if I cancel my subscription?
